What a pleasure to talk with Colourist Ivan Plascencia about his life and his work. Ivan is an amazing and gracious guy and the talent behind, among other things, the visual feast of colours that adorn the work of Riley Rossmo in Rasputin and Contantine, the Hellbazer. As always, this episode is not to be missed.

Follow Ivan on the Twitter @ivanplascencia and tell him how much you love his work. Do it now!

Joseph Illidge, weekly Comic Book Resources columnist and former member of the Batman Group (that's what they call the Batman editorial team at DC) talks about the issue of diversity (or rather the lack of diversity) in the world of comics, both on the page, and more perniciously, behind the scenes.

It's a great interview, not to be missed, so strap on those earbuds because there is some learning to be done!

You can find Joseph's column here: The Mission

And check out his twitter feed for updates on Joseph's writing and his deep thoughts: @JosephPIllidge
